At SiYi America, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them with a warranty for defective hardware. If you encounter any issues, we will promptly replace the defective product. Additionally, please review the terms below to fully understand the coverage and the steps you need to follow in order to claim a warranty replacement. We aim to make this process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

  • This warranty covers replacement only. However, it does not include the removal of the faulty product or the installation of the replacement.

  • The warranty does not apply if the product was improperly installed, exposed to excessive loads, or used contrary to its intended purpose. As a result, please ensure proper installation and usage to avoid issues.

  • If the defective product is obsolete or discontinued, SiYi America will replace it with a current or alternative product. In such cases, you will receive a comparable replacement.

  • Before placing an order, please provide the quantity of items to be replaced. Additionally, be ready with a confirmation and order number for processing.

  • The defective part must be removed from the cabinet to help us identify what is needed. To assist with this process, we require both front and back references of the part.

  • Once you have contacted our customer service team and placed your order, your card will be processed.

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

  • Please note that a $10.00 processing fee will be applied to all orders.
